Donna Sullivan - Receptionist

I came to work at the Bureau in March 2004 as a volunteer as I had been at home raising my family. As my youngest was getting older I wanted to gain some confidence and experience in order to get back into employment. After volunteering for 2 and half years I secured the role of full time paid Receptionist here at the Bureau. I enjoy my work enormously and find it very rewarding, even though it is a very busy environment! I assess clients when they arrive and then arrange for them to see an adviser who will help them with their rights and options. Should you ever visit the Bureau I look forward to meeting you!
