Online information - available from Adviceguide in English, Welsh, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu and Chinese. We regret we cannot currently provide a translation/interpretation service.
Drop-in service - We ask clinets to acknowledge that our General Advice Service is almost entirely run by volunteers; clients will be seen on a first come first served basis. Monday, 10 am to 1 pm, Tuesday 10 am to 3 pm and Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm. See How the drop-in service works.
Appointment service - contact us to make an appointment - see also What to Bring. When you arrive you do not need to take a numbered card; just tell Reception as soon as you arrive that you are here for an appointment and show your appointment letter.
County Court Advice Service - this service is ONLY for debt and housing issues where County Court proceedings have ALREADY been issued.
County Court Housing Possession Service - this service has two specialist advisers on standby to represent you at repossession or eviction hearings. This service is only available if you DO NOT already have representation. To access this service you need to attend 30 minutes before your court hearing to allow the possession service advisers time to see you. You MUST bring all related paperwork.
